At Salitre Surf Shop, every item is made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental orders

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may already be in progress and cancellations may no longer be possible.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Salitre Surf Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
